We offer refunds for users who have subscribed to our 7-day access plan within 72 hours of the purchase date and for those who have subscribed to our 30-day access plan within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us using the email provided, ensuring it matches the email used for the premium membership purchase.

Please note the following conditions apply to refund eligibility:

• Refunds may not be offered on discounted purchases or if a coupon code was applied during purchase.
• Refunds will not be processed if more than five mock tests of any category have been completed by the user during their subscription period.
• Once a refund has been issued to an individual, we will not process another refund for the same individual, regardless of account, IP address, location, or payment details.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the transaction was fraudulent or the usage did not comply with our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

The company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

• If it suspects a user has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
